the location & History.

The Docksider on Mullet Bay is a seamless blend of the original Bermuda lime-stone structure with modern additions- it’s the best of both worlds. This apartment is minutes away from the Town square of the historical St. George’s and seconds away from the water’s edge. It is close to beautiful, serene beaches and Mullet Bay Park.

The family home began as a modest single-family structure. As the family grew, so did the house! Originally, Mullet Bay housed a boat slip just meters away from The Docksider on Mullet Bay. Today, no evidence of the original boat slip remains but, Mullet Bay’s popularity for boat owners abounds because of its calm, predictable waters.

Often early mornings can present you with a picture-perfect, glassy reflection of the bay. Not to miss are the spectacular sunsets that deserve a moment of reflection with a drink in hand and a heart full of appreciation, energizing you for the next day.
